Good stuff but some paragraphs breaks would be nice. I think the root issue is that a large portion of humanity has evolved generationally to externalize critical thought. It saves time. Also, there is a whole host of psychological self defense adaptations that lead to surviving the dystopia at the expense of coherence. People have always been fact proof.
